Confirmation
Once we have received confirmation of your booking either by post, fax or electronically, we will send you an email confirmation. A VAT invoice will be sent shortly after receipt of booking.
If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 14 days or do not receive a VAT invoice following your booking, please contact the conference team on 0117 9073400. JBP Associates cannot be responsible for the non-arrival of information.
Cancellation
We regret there can be no refunds for delegates and exhibitors should you cancel after 28 May. Should you be unable to attend as a delegate, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. JBP Associates reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and speakers without prior notice. JBP Associates will not offer refunds to delegates or exhibitors due to a terrorist alert or incident unless the conference is cancelled.
